A Part II Architectural Assistant job is now available, joining a young and growing high-end residential practice with newly secured listed building projects in Belgravia and South Kensington. This is a remote position for a London-based Architectural Assistant, offering flexibility and autonomy while working on some of the capital’s most prestigious homes.
The practice works across two project types: high-end residential schemes in prime central London (including full architecture, interiors and FF&E), and smaller new-build developments throughout Surrey. With a pipeline of Grade II-listed projects in RBKC and beyond, they’re now looking for a talented Part II Architectural Assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to concept and planning design stages
- Prepare technical drawings, tender documents, and specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors
- Attend site visits once per week and assist with project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in high-end residential projects, ideally in London
- Strong design, technical, and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of materials, detailing, and specifications
- Minimum 1 years’ UK experience post-Part II qualification
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Good knowledge of planning laws and UK building regulations.
