Key Responsibilities
- Produce working drawing packages across multiple project stages
- Lead the delivery of technical and production information throughout project lifecycles
- Advise on building regulations, statutory requirements and environmental compliance
- Coordinate technical information with consultants, contractors and project stakeholders
- Prepare and manage detailed technical design information using Revit and BIM
- Undertake site inspections, programme reviews and project delivery support activities
Required Skills and Experience
- Architectural Technology degree, HNC, HND, BTEC or equivalent qualification
- CIAT or RIBA registration with at least five years post-qualification experience
- Proven experience leading technical delivery and production information packages
- Advanced Revit proficiency with strong BIM knowledge
- Strong understanding of UK construction methods, regulations and legislation
- Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
