Role & Responsibilities
- Carry out detailed stock condition surveys on residential properties
- Record building components, defects, and life-cycle data accurately
- Prepare clear and concise reports following site visits
- Manage your own diary and ensure efficient route planning
- Maintain strong relationships with the operations team and clients
- Deliver surveys to agreed schedules supporting large-scale residential projects.
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working on residential stock condition surveys
- Construction-related qualification and/or 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong technical knowledge of building fabric and maintenance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
