A Digital Design BIM Support Specialist job is now available to join a leading practice in London. This senior position sits within the digital delivery team and will provide both technical expertise and strategic guidance to ensure excellence across a wide and complex portfolio of projects.
The role is focused entirely on supporting project teams in their use of digital tools and workflows. It is not intended to act as a Project Architect or Technologist, but instead as a trusted advisor and facilitator, enabling design teams to deliver consistently high standards of digital output.

Role & Responsibilities- Provide day to day specialist support to project teams using Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, CDE solutions, Atvero and related digital platforms.
- Lead digital coordination by running clash avoidance workshops, carrying out model performance audits and guiding teams through issue resolution with external consultants.
- Ensure compliance with BS EN ISO 19650 standards across live projects, embedding the practice's BIM protocols consistently.
- Deliver training sessions, CPDs and best practice workshops to upskill staff in digital modelling techniques and project setup.
- Oversee project information reviews to meet both client requirements and internal quality standards.
- Architectural background with a strong interest in digital design and delivery.
- A minimum of ten years' experience working in BIM or digital support roles within the architectural sector and all candidates must have relevant UK experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud and associated software.
- Proven experience of applying BS EN ISO 19650 standards to live projects and embedding protocols within project teams.
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to deliver training, lead workshops and liaise with consultants and clients.
- £45,000 - £60,000 + Agile, flexible, and hybrid working (minimum 3 days office / up to 2 days WFH).
- 25 days annual leave, rising to 30 with service.
