Key Responsibilities

• Deliver projects across all RIBA stages with technical accuracy
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction packages
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Support and manage planning applications and documentation
• Produce compliant technical detailing aligned with UK regulations
• Attend site meetings and monitor construction progress

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years’ experience within UK architectural practice
• Strong knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
• Proven experience in residential technical detailing
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD or willingness to learn
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage workload across multiple projects.
