Key Responsibilities
- Deliver projects across all RIBA stages with technical accuracy
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction packages
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Support and manage planning applications and documentation
- Produce compliant technical detailing aligned with UK regulations
- Attend site meetings and monitor construction progress
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years’ experience within UK architectural practice
- Strong knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
- Proven experience in residential technical detailing
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD or willingness to learn
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage workload across multiple projects.
