Architect Job in East Grinstead, West Sussex

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-end residential project with a focus on Stage 4 technical delivery
  • Take responsibility for technical leadership
  • Produce and oversee detailed technical drawing packages using Revit
  • Coordinate external consultants and work closely with client and contractor teams
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members as required.
  • Required Skills & Experience

  • ARB-registered Architect
  • Strong UK residential experience, ideally within high-end or luxury-led schemes
  • Proven background in Stage 4 and technical delivery
  • High level of Revit proficiency
  • Confident project lead able to manage complex projects independently
  • Sound understanding of UK building regulations and compliance frameworks.

  • Salary of £50,000 – £60,000 depending on experience
  • 7.5-hour working day
  • Flexible start and finish times between 7am-7pm
  • Core hours of 10am-4pm
  • Hybrid working with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote
