Architect job in Manchester with a salary up to £50,000, bi-annual performance bonus, hybrid working and flexitime. This is a great opportunity to join a Manchester-based, employee-owned architectural practice that prioritises work-life balance and ongoing professional development. This role will see you take ownership of projects from concept to completion, work closely with clients and contractors, and manage a small team. Revit proficiency is a must, and previous experience in industrial or recladding projects would be beneficial.
Role & Responsibilities
- Run projects from inception through to completion across RIBA stages
- Coordinate internal and external teams, including contractors and consultants
- Produce feasibility, planning, tender, and technical drawing packages
- Attend site to monitor build quality and statutory compliance
- Lead meetings and manage internal resources as required
- Support and mentor junior team members
Required Skills & Experience
- ARB Registered Architect with minimum 3 years post-Part III UK experience
- Proficient in Revit with a working knowledge of BIM workflows
- Strong technical detailing and job-running experience
- Sound understanding of UK Building Regulations and CDM requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to manage your own workload and delegate effectively
