Your Role
- Assist with site inspections, reporting on workmanship and materials
- Support Senior Clerks of Works to maintain quality standards
- Liaise with clients, residents, and contractors to resolve issues
- Keep accurate site records, including photos and notes
- Promote health & safety compliance on site
Skills & Experience Required
- Some construction or housing experience
- Client-facing or resident liaison exposure
- Basic knowledge of trades, materials, and construction methods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & willing to learn new tech
- Strong communication, attention to detail & commitment to quality
- Comfortable with remote working and travel across Surrey / Home Counties
