Your Role

• Lead high-profile urban design projects, including masterplanning, visioning, and design codes
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and communities to deliver innovative, sustainable designs
• Manage project teams and mentor junior staff

What You’ll Need

• Postgraduate qualification in Urban Design
• 3+ years’ experience in UK large-scale masterplanning projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, CAD, and hand-drawing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
