The Role
- Lead technical due diligence pre-acquisition (ground conditions, utilities, drainage, etc.)
- Coordinate project viability, timelines, and internal reporting
- Oversee budgets, infrastructure delivery, and planning inputs
- Manage external design teams through planning and engineering stages
- Liaise with stakeholders to enable smooth land sales and downstream delivery
- Assess risks and ensure cost-effective, value-engineered development outcomes
Requirements
- Degree in planning, surveying, or real estate (or similar)
- Chartered status preferred (RTPI, RICS, etc.)
- Experience in land promotion or development management
- Strong technical knowledge of site constraints and infrastructure
- Exposure to financial reporting and project coordination
- Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
