A great opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join a leading developer supporting the Technical Director across construction projects and wider technical delivery requirements.
\n
You’ll coordinate consultants, approvals, production information, working drawings and technical information across live development requirements.
\n
\n
Role & Responsibilities

- \n
- Manage information required for clearing planning conditions
- Coordinate external consultants and production information
- Prepare submissions for building regulations and regulatory approvals
- Prepare working drawings and supporting technical information
- Review supplier and manufacturer information
- Review technical content within sales literature
- Support Project Managers, Site Managers and other departments
- Provide technical input on build ability and project requirements

Skills & Experience Required
\n
- \n
- Minimum HNC in building or NVQ Level 5 in a relevant subject
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365 products
- Detailed experience of the building regulations process
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory constraints
- Understanding of legal processes and laws relating to the construction industry
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Organised with strong attention to detail and prioritisation skills
