- 5+ years experience
- Strong post-qualification experience or comparable delivery expertise
- Large-scale public sector or leisure projects preferred
- Revit, BIM processes and NBS specification systems
- Strong technical understanding of construction detailing and building regulations
- Planning, statutory approvals and building safety requirements
- Experience supporting or leading project teams
