This opportunity offers exposure to residential, education, heritage, and commercial property projects, alongside structured APC support and mentoring from experienced Chartered Building Surveyors.

Your Experience

  • RICS accredited Building Surveying degree completed or nearing completion
  • Strong interest in progressing towards RICS chartership
  • Good understanding of construction methods, building pathology, and maintenance principles
  • Experience across residential, education, heritage, and commercial property sectors
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office
  • Interest in developing knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
  • Strong written communication and organisational skills
  • Consultancy experience
