Hunter Dunning is working with an established architecture practice focused on high-end residential projects in London. This role offers full project involvement from concept design to completion, supporting the delivery of bespoke private homes in prime London neighbourhoods. Perfect opportunity for a recently qualified Architect who enjoys liaising directly with clients, developing and presenting design concepts, producing technical packages and working on site.

Your Experience

  • Part III qualified Architect with post-qualification experience working on high-end residential projects in London
  • Confident running projects through all RIBA stages
  • Good working knowledge of UK planning processes and listed building consents
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • High proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Hand sketching skills highly beneficial
