We’re working with an award-winning Chartered Surveying Practice on a fantastic opportunity for a Chartered Surveyor to join their Watford team.
Specialising in commercial property, the company advises landlords, tenants, developers, funders, and investors across sectors including offices, warehouses, retail, shopping centres, and hotels.
The role focuses on lease advisory, rent reviews, valuations, and general property consultancy, working mainly across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Bedfordshire, with occasional national travel.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Lease advisory & valuation services
- Development appraisals for loan, acquisition & accounting
- Supporting existing clients and driving new business
- Building strong client relationships

- MRICS qualified
- Senior-level experience in commercial property
- Strong lease advisory expertise
- Confident communicator with business development skills
- UK driving licence & own transport
