🔧 Your Role

• Prepare and support fee proposals and tender submissions
• Conduct planning appraisals to assess site potential
• Manage planning applications, appeals, EIA, and site promotion work
• Liaise with clients, local authorities, and internal teams throughout project stages

📋 What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in planning applications, appeals, and environmental assessments
• Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a hybrid setting
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred
