Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide expert heritage advice across Southwest projects.
• Lead conservation management plans and heritage impact assessments.
• Manage junior team members and contribute to business growth.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 7+ years in building conservation or related fields.
• Expertise in archival research and report preparation.
• Knowledge of Welsh heritage legislation and RIBA stages.
