- Extensive experience in construction quality inspection or site management
- Previous line management experience developing team members
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, trades and industry regulations
- Experience identifying construction defects, snagging issues and quality concerns
- Ability to manage multiple projects across healthcare, residential, industrial, manufacturing, conservation and commercial sectors
- Mechanical and electrical Clerk of Works experience advantageous
