Hunter Dunning is working with an award-winning international multidisciplinary architecture and design practice seeking a Senior CDM Principal Designer. Join an established London CDM team delivering large-scale and complex construction projects across the UK and internationally.
Your Experience
- Minimum 5 years' CDM Principal Designer experience
- Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015
- Experience managing Principal Designer duties independently
- Multidisciplinary design coordination with architects and engineers
- Design risk management and health and safety coordination
- Experience on substantial or technically complex projects preferred
- Architecture, engineering or construction background advantageous
