Chartered or Nearly Chartered Building Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity for a Chartered or nearly Chartered Building Surveyor to take the next step in their career, joining a supportive and collaborative team within a well-established and growing multidisciplinary consultancy.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and advise on construction, maintenance & refurbishment of buildings
  • Acquisition surveys, condition reports, defect diagnosis & measured surveys
  • Prepare reports and schedules of works
  • Contract administration & design oversight to current standards
  • Ensure compliance with CDM, Party Wall, Building Regulations & planning

Skills & Experience Required

  • MRICS (or close to achieving)
  • Experienced in both project management & professional services
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Good understanding of regulations (CDM, Party Wall, Building Regulations)
