Chartered or Nearly Chartered Building Surveyor

Responsibilities
- Inspect and advise on construction, maintenance & refurbishment of buildings
- Acquisition surveys, condition reports, defect diagnosis & measured surveys
- Prepare reports and schedules of works
- Contract administration & design oversight to current standards
- Ensure compliance with CDM, Party Wall, Building Regulations & planning
Skills & Experience Required
- MRICS (or close to achieving)
- Experienced in both project management & professional services
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Good understanding of regulations (CDM, Party Wall, Building Regulations)
