Senior Architectural Technologist Job in Lambeth, LondonSenior Architectural Technologist Job in Lambeth, London in Lambeth. A 6-month contract for an experienced Revit experienced technologist or Technical Architect to deliver a multi-unit residential scheme at Stage 4, with a strong focus on façade packages and technical delivery.This well-established architectural practice is recognised for delivering complex residential-led projects across London, with a strong technical and delivery-led culture. The studio works collaboratively across architecture, technology and delivery, producing robust, buildable solutions with a particular strength in façade design and coordination. This commission is a multi-unit residential project moving through Stage 4 and into delivery, requiring an experienced technical professional to support the team on a contract basis.Role & Responsibilities Lead and deliver Stage 4 technical packages for a multi-unit residential projectProduce detailed technical drawings and specifications using RevitCoordinate and develop façade packages, ensuring buildability and complianceLiaise with consultants, contractors and specialist subcontractorsResolve technical and construction-related queries through deliverySupport project delivery in line with programme and quality standards.Required Skills & Experience Senior-level experience as an Architectural Technologist or Technical ArchitectAdvanced Revit proficiency and strong technical detailing abilityIn-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methodsExperience delivering projects at Stage 4 and through technical deliveryAbility to work independently and integrate quickly into an established team.What you get back 6-month contract with the option of FTC or freelance engagementSalary or day rate dependent on experience (DOE)Apply If you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
