£45K–£60K + bonus + flexible working

A brilliant new opportunity has landed with a RIBA chartered studio in North London that’s doing things differently.

They specialise in neuroarchitecture – creating spaces that genuinely support well-being, comfort and everyday functionality. Think architecture that’s beautiful and makes you feel good.

As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a Senior Architect who shares their belief that good design can change lives. You’ll lead projects from early concept through to completion and work closely with an in-house interior design and construction team.

Your role

• Lead residential projects across all RIBA stages
• Champion well-being and user-focused design
• Manage client relationships
• Mentor junior architects
• Oversee programme, budget and quality
• Help guide BIM transition (AutoCAD for now)

What you’ll need

• 5+ years’ UK experience in high-end resi
• Strong concept design and presentation skills
• Confident project leader from concept to site
• Interest in the link between design & human behaviour
• AutoCAD proficiency (BIM knowledge = bonus)
