Senior Architect – Conservation & Heritage

The Role

  • Deliver conservation projects across all RIBA stages
  • Lead design development, technical detailing and heritage compliance
  • Carry out site inspections and manage regulatory coordination
  • Support client and stakeholder presentations
  • Apply BIM workflows using Revit, AutoCAD and NBS
  • Manage fees, budgets and sustainable design inputs

What You’ll Need

  • ARB‑registered Architect with 3+ years’ PQE
  • Strong conservation and listed building experience
  • Excellent technical and detailing skills
  • Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations
  • Revit, AutoCAD and NBS experience
  • Conservation accreditation (or working towards) desirable
