Senior Architect – Conservation & Heritage

The Role
- Deliver conservation projects across all RIBA stages
- Lead design development, technical detailing and heritage compliance
- Carry out site inspections and manage regulatory coordination
- Support client and stakeholder presentations
- Apply BIM workflows using Revit, AutoCAD and NBS
- Manage fees, budgets and sustainable design inputs
What You’ll Need
- ARB‑registered Architect with 3+ years’ PQE
- Strong conservation and listed building experience
- Excellent technical and detailing skills
- Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations
- Revit, AutoCAD and NBS experience
- Conservation accreditation (or working towards) desirable
