Responsibilities
- Oversee retrofit projects from assessment to completion (PAS 2035)
- Coordinate with assessors, designers & installers
- Conduct site visits and liaise with residents, clients & stakeholders
Skills & Experience Required
- Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management
- Experience in retrofit coordination within housing sector
- Understanding of PAS 2035 & domestic energy efficiency
- Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle
