A leading architectural practice is looking for a Principal Designer to oversee Building Regulations and safety compliance. This is your chance to work on high-end residential and historic projects, blending heritage conservation with outstanding design.

Your Role

✔️ Lead design compliance under the Building Safety Act

✔️ Advise on Building Regulations & CDM compliance

✔️ Support Duty Holder responsibilities and client relationships

✔️ Ensure quality assurance and mentor junior staff

What You’ll Need

🔹 Experience in construction, compliance, or health & safety

🔹 Strong knowledge of Building Regulations & Building Safety Act 2022

🔹 Degree in Architecture, Building Surveying, or Construction Management

🔹 Membership in RICS, CABE, RIBA, CIAT, BSCF, or CIOB
