Part II Architectural Assistant / Junior Architect Richmond, London | Circa £33,000 - £40,000 DOE Hunter Dunning is working with the creator, owner and operator of an exclusive international collection of private family residences.
They are seeking a creative Part II Architectural Assistant / Junior Architect with UK heritage project experience to join their in-house design team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be working on a Grade II* Listed Building property which is being transformed in to a family residence.
- Your Experience
- Minimum of 1year' experience working on heritage projects in the UK
- High-end residential project experience beneficial
- Strong design and presentation skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations and residential technical detailing
- Experience attending client meetings and presenting design proposals
- Proven ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite
- Hand sketching ability beneficial What You’ll Get
