Part II Architectural Assistant / Junior Architect Richmond, London | Circa £33,000 - £40,000 DOE Hunter Dunning is working with the creator, owner and operator of an exclusive international collection of private family residences.

They are seeking a creative Part II Architectural Assistant / Junior Architect with UK heritage project experience to join their in-house design team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be working on a Grade II* Listed Building property which is being transformed in to a family residence.

  • Your Experience
  • Minimum of 1year' experience working on heritage projects in the UK
  • High-end residential project experience beneficial
  • Strong design and presentation skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations and residential technical detailing
  • Experience attending client meetings and presenting design proposals
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Hand sketching ability beneficial What You’ll Get
