CDM Consultant – £40K–£60K | Central London | Permanent | Hybrid 🏙️💼

Exciting opportunity to join a growing consultancy delivering CDM & building safety advice on high-profile commercial, residential, and large-scale projects across London. Help clients deliver safe, compliant, and practical solutions while working in a collaborative, supportive environment.

💰 Salary & Benefits

• £40,000 – £60,000

• 25 days holiday + Christmas break + birthday leave

• Hybrid working (1–2 days in office)

📋 Your Role

• Lead CDM compliance across multiple projects

• Advise on risk management and health & safety from design to completion

• Prepare and maintain CDM documentation

• Attend client and design team meetings (in-person & remote)

• Conduct site visits across London and surrounding areas

🛠️ Skills & Experience Required

• 4+ years’ experience in CDM consultancy, construction, or surveying

• Confident client-facing experience on high-risk projects

• Knowledge of UK construction & health & safety standards

• NEBOSH General/Construction desirable

• Strong organisational, multitasking & communication skills
