Hunter Dunning is working with an independent rural property consultancy to recruit a Rural Surveyor / Land Agent. The role supports infrastructure, utilities and renewable energy projects across north-east England, providing land and property advice through different development stages.
Your Experience
- Previous experience within rural surveying, land agency, infrastructure or a closely related position
- MRICS or AssocRICS preferred, with experienced applicants working towards qualification considered
- Experience managing Farm Business Tenancies, Licences to Occupy and Agricultural Holdings Act Tenancies
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and relevant GIS platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain accurate records
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly
