Hunter Dunning is working with a construction consultancy delivering quality inspection services. This permanent position will lead Clerk of Works services across new build projects, including high-rise buildings, while supervising other Clerks of Works.

Your Experience
\n
- \n
- Clerk of Works experience inspecting high-rise construction projects
- Extensive understanding of materials, trades, construction methods and legal requirements
- Experience identifying defects, snagging issues and construction quality concerns
- Strong time management across several construction projects
- Strong verbal communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- Proficient using IT systems
- Ideally ICWCI membership or commitment to achieving appropriate ICWCI status
