An exciting opportunity for a technically strong Architect to join a highly skilled in-house design team working on the transformation of a Grade II Listed building into a luxury guesthouse. This role blends heritage conservation with high-end detailing, offering real ownership at construction stage.

- Contract: 6–9 month fixed-term / freelance (extension possible)
- Working Style: Hybrid – Central London studio 2–3 days per week

Your Role
- Coordinate Building Control packages and consultant information
- Produce Stage 4–5 technical drawings and construction details
- Liaise closely with contractors and attend site as required
What You'll Need
- 3+ years UK experience with strong technical delivery skills
- Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Experience with listed buildings or heritage projects
- Proven experience working on Stages 4 & 5
- Confident using AutoCAD
