Based in East Central London, this role supports CDM Principal Designer duties across commercial, hotel and mixed-sector projects. You will work alongside a Senior CDM Principal Designer while developing practical knowledge across construction health and safety.
Your Experience
- Minimum two years construction experience within a relevant built environment setting
- Knowledge of health and safety principles within construction project environments
- Understanding of construction processes, design stages and project coordination activities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professional stakeholders effectively
