The predicted salary is between 37800 - 46200 £ per year.

It’s a hands-on technical role where you’ll take projects from concept through construction stage, working closely with consultants, contractors and clients along the way.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architectural Technology or an industry related equivalent qualification

Experience:

  • Advanced technical design, documentation and detailing experience across complex architectural packages and project stages

Skills:

  • Expert capability using Revit, BIM 360, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Suite
  • Strong understanding of BIM processes, digital design tools and multidisciplinary information coordination requirements
  • Strong knowledge of current Building Planning Regulations
