💰 Salary & Benefits

• Up to £55,000

• 25 days holiday + Christmas break + birthday leave

📋 Your Role

• Lead CDM compliance across multiple high-risk projects

• Advise clients on risk management & H&S from design to completion

• Prepare and maintain CDM documentation

• Attend client & design team meetings (in-person & remote)

• Mentor junior CDM consultants

• Conduct site visits across London & surrounding areas

🛠️ Skills & Experience Required

• 5+ years’ experience in CDM consultancy, construction, or surveying

• Confident client-facing experience on high-risk or high-profile projects

• Knowledge of UK construction & H&S standards

• NEBOSH General/Construction desirable

• Strong organisational, multitasking & communication skills

• Experience mentoring or leading junior team members
