Responsibilities:
- Deliver a full range of building surveying services – defect analysis, dilapidations, condition surveys, and refurbishment/new build projects
- Manage client relationships and provide professional technical advice
- Prepare reports, specifications, and schedules of work
- Oversee contract administration and project delivery
- Support and mentor junior surveyors within the team
Skills & Experience Required:
- Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
- MRICS (or working towards chartership)
- Strong technical knowledge of construction and building pathology
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Knowledge of Building Regulations, CDM and H&S
