Role Overview
- Build and maintain relationships with agents, landowners, local authorities, and developers.
- Conduct land appraisals including feasibility, due diligence, and financial assessments.
- Negotiate and secure land deals in line with budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the Land Director and Planning Team throughout acquisition stages.
- Oversee contracts, partnerships, and assist in post-acquisition activity.
- Regular site travel across the South East.
Requirements
- Experience in a land buying or negotiation role – ideally with a housebuilder or developer.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end land acquisition process.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
