Role & Responsibilities
- Work with internal teams and design consultants to shape and deliver development strategies
- Manage the procurement of contractors/consultants and administer contracts in line with best practice
- Monitor programme delivery, budgets, and project milestones
- Drive value for money, financial performance, and commercial risk management
- Ensure full compliance with planning, CDM, Building Safety Act and internal processes
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and regulators
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior leadership
Required Skills & Experience
- Degree in Construction, Business, Finance or related subject
- Proven development management experience (residential or mixed-use)
- Knowledge of contract management and social housing delivery
- Skilled in financial planning and project tracking tools
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- MRICS desirable
