Hunter Dunning is working with a multi-award-winning, luxury developer with properties in the UK and internationally. This Interior Architect role will focus on interiors for high-end residential projects, in particular the restoration and contemporary wellness addition to historic Grade II* Listed Building in London.
Your Experience
- 5+ years experience of high-end residential projects
- Understanding of English, French and Italian design styles in addition to contemporary
- Able to assist with design, coordination and specification of large scale projects
- Confident designing and drawing spatial layouts, interior elevations and bespoke joinery
- Proven experience preparing specifications of finishes and schedules of interior architectural details such as cornices, architraves and skirting
- Fully proficient with AutoCAD, Sketch up and Adobe InDesign & Photoshop
