South West London | £45,000 - £55,000 DOE | Fully office based

Hunter Dunning is working with a multi-award-winning, luxury developer with properties in the UK and internationally. This Interior Architect role will focus on interiors for high-end residential projects, in particular the restoration and contemporary wellness addition to historic Grade II* Listed Building in London.

Your Experience

  • 5+ years experience of high-end residential projects
  • Understanding of English, French and Italian design styles in addition to contemporary
  • Able to assist with design, coordination and specification of large scale projects
  • Confident designing and drawing spatial layouts, interior elevations and bespoke joinery
  • Proven experience preparing specifications of finishes and schedules of interior architectural details such as cornices, architraves and skirting
  • Fully proficient with AutoCAD, Sketch up and Adobe InDesign & Photoshop
