Your Role

  • Carry out condition surveys and fabric inspections on historic and listed buildings
  • Lead projects from initial inspection through to completion, acting as contract administrator
  • Manage conservation repair and maintenance works, ensuring heritage and statutory compliance
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to deliver best practice solutions
  • Advise on traditional materials and repair techniques

What You’ll Need

  • MRICS or MCIOB preferred
  • Strong knowledge of historic construction and traditional materials
  • Proven track record delivering conservation projects from inspection to completion
  • Confident managing surveys, reports, and contract administration
  • 5+ years’ experience in heritage and conservation
