Your Role
- Carry out condition surveys and fabric inspections on historic and listed buildings
- Lead projects from initial inspection through to completion, acting as contract administrator
- Manage conservation repair and maintenance works, ensuring heritage and statutory compliance
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to deliver best practice solutions
- Advise on traditional materials and repair techniques
What You’ll Need
- MRICS or MCIOB preferred
- Strong knowledge of historic construction and traditional materials
- Proven track record delivering conservation projects from inspection to completion
- Confident managing surveys, reports, and contract administration
- 5+ years’ experience in heritage and conservation
