Procurement / Office Manager πFull-time office-based π· Salary fully dependent on experience Hunter Dunning is working with an interior design studio specialising on high end residential projects, to recruit a Procurement / Office Manager to join their friendly team.
This is a varied role which will involve procurement and supporting the Director, designers and wider team.
A driver's license and access to a car are essential due to the office's location.
- Your Experience
- Proven experience in a procurement-based role, within the Interior Design industry
- Strong Estimac knowledge is essential
- Confident using Outlook and MS Office, preferably on a Mac
- Experience of Xero is preferable
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Able to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised, proactive and detail orientated
- Comfortable working independently in a small team
