Hunter Dunning is working with an interior design studio specialising in high-end residential projects to recruit a Procurement / Office Manager to join their friendly team. This is a varied role which will involve procurement and supporting the Director, designers, and wider team.
A driver's license and access to a car are essential due to the office's location.
Your Experience:
- Proven experience in a procurement-based role within the Interior Design industry.
- Strong Estimac knowledge is essential.
- Confident using Outlook and MS Office, preferably on a Mac.
- Experience of Xero is preferable.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Able to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently in a small team.
- Discreet and professional when handling confidential information.
