Exciting opportunity for an Employers Agent / Project Manager to join a growing multidisciplinary consultancy. This role focuses on residential new build, refurbishment, and regeneration projects across East London and Essex.

Your Role

🔹 Act as Employers Agent, liaising with clients, contractors, and developers

🔹 Prepare employer’s requirements, performance specs & build agreements

🔹 Oversee pre-contract investigations, surveys, and due diligence

🔹 Manage procurement strategy and JCT contract adherence

What You’ll Need

✔ 2+ years in construction project management (consultancy side)

✔ Employers Agent & Contract Administration experience

✔ Residential new build experience (high-rise preferred)

✔ RICS-accredited degree (working towards MRICS / MCIOB desirable)
