Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team, ensuring high-quality consultancy services.
- Oversee project management and the delivery of terrestrial ecology projects.
- Engage with clients to maintain and expand relationships, securing new business.
- Participate in business development and networking events.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
What You’ll Need:
