Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team, ensuring high-quality consultancy services.
  • Oversee project management and the delivery of terrestrial ecology projects.
  • Engage with clients to maintain and expand relationships, securing new business.
  • Participate in business development and networking events.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and contribute to continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong knowledge of UK ecology and environmental legislation.
  • Expertise in protected species surveys and mitigation.
  • Experience managing a terrestrial ecology portfolio and advising clients.
  • Consultancy experience with business development exposure (preferred).
  • Natural England protected species licence (or equivalent).
  • CIEEM / Chartered status (preferred).
  • Full UK driving licence.
