🔍 Defects Building Surveyor – Central London

💰 £40,000 – £65,000 DOE + Hybrid Working

📍 Based near King’s Cross

We’re working with a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy that’s growing fast — and they’re now looking for a Defects Building Surveyor to join their London team.

With over 50 years in the industry and a strong reputation across both public and private sectors, this consultancy offers exposure to a wide variety of residential and mixed-use projects. You’ll focus on defect diagnosis, building pathology, report/spec writing, and project management, covering sites across London and the Home Counties.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnosing building defects (damp, cracks, structural issues)
• Writing clear, detailed reports
• Preparing specifications
• Managing projects from start to finish

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years' experience post-graduation
• Ideally MRICS or working towards it
• Strong defect diagnosis & spec writing skills
• Residential sector experience preferred
• Full UK driving licence (pool car available from North London)
