Join a growing consultancy delivering residential new builds, refurbishments, and regeneration projects across Kent and the Southeast. If you want to take ownership of projects and work closely with developers, housing associations, and local authorities, this role is for you!

Salary: Up to £60,000 + discretionary bonus + travel

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in construction project management (consultancy)
  • Employers Agent and contract administration experience
  • Residential new build experience (high-rise preferred)
