This freelance contract offers an immediate start, flexible working, and all appointments are pre-booked by the client, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality assessments.
Your Experience
- Qualified Retrofit Assessor
- Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) accreditation
- Previous experience carrying out residential EPCs and Retrofit Assessments
- Strong understanding of residential construction and housing
- Experience using PlanUp for floor plans (training and login details provided)
- Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
