This role focuses on RIBA Stages 4–7, delivering high-end private residential projects with strong technical input and contract administration responsibility. You’ll join a collaborative, non-hierarchical studio offering autonomy, flexibility and exposure to complex London residential schemes.
Your Experience
- 2+ years’ UK experience in high-end private residential
- Strong delivery across RIBA Stages 4–7
- ArchiCAD proficiency and BIM workflow knowledge
- JCT contract administration experience
- Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations
