Join a high-calibre, multidisciplinary studio delivering a major Central London regeneration scheme. You’ll work from Stage 4 through to completion on a flagship mixed-use residential project including luxury and affordable homes, retail and leisure facilities.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where technical excellence, build quality, and collaboration are genuinely valued.

Your Role
- Working on RIBA Stages 4–6 (from shell and core coordination to interior detailing)
- Deliver technical packages with strong material & build focus
- Lead BIM and consultant coordination, including CDPs
- Work closely with site & construction teams to ensure quality delivery
What You’ll Need
- Qualified Architect with strong technical expertise
- Proven Stage 4+ residential experience (multi-unit)
- Confident ArchiCAD & BIM user
- Solid knowledge of UK Building Regs & Building Safety Act
- Experience with Stage 5 / CDP coordination
