Hunter Dunning is working with a luxury design studio seeking a Senior Project Architect to oversee architectural and technical delivery across luxury residential projects. The role leads spatial coordination, technical design development and tender documentation while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with external consultants.
Your Experience
- RIBA Part III qualification with 7+ years’ experience at a London luxury design studio
- Luxury residential projects in Mayfair, Belgravia, Knightsbridge and/or Chelsea
- Experience across RIBA work stages including planning, construction documents and construction administration
- Strong joinery detailing and tender package production
- Software: ArchiCAD/AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office Suite, InDesign, Photoshop
- UK Building Regulations, planning process and contract administration knowledge
