Your Role
- Lead technical design and delivery of façade remediation projects
- Produce detailed design & construction packages
- Coordinate clients, consultants & contractors
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations
- Support Principal Designer (Building Regs) duties
- Mentor junior staff and promote best practice
What You’ll Need
- ARB-registered Architect
- 5–10 years post-Part 2 experience (ideally 5+ post-Part 3)
- Strong façade remediation & retrofit experience
- Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations & CDM
- Revit proficiency (essential)
- Confident communicator with strong technical judgement
