Hunter Dunning is working with a design studio specialising in retail refurbishment and fit-out projects across London. This Interior Architect role will see you lead commercial fit-out projects from concept to completion, managing client liaison, technical packages and on-site coordination.
Your Experience
- Degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture or Interior Design
- Minimum five years’ post-graduate experience on UK commercial projects
- Retail refurbishment and fit-out project experience
- Proficiency in Vectorworks, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong technical drawing, detailing and space planning skills
- Good knowledge of UK building regulations and on-site experience
- Experience coordinating consultants and contractors
- Confident running client-facing meetings
What You’ll Get
